Shipping & Delivery Policy — interim notice
Drink Gini / Gini Inc., 140 S Glenoaks Blvd, Burbank, CA 91502 (CA ABC Type 21).
Our full shipping and delivery terms for alcoholic beverages are being updated to meet applicable industry and regulatory requirements. Until the updated policy is published:
- In-store pickup is available at our Burbank location (21+ with valid government photo ID).
- Local delivery and any carrier shipping are offered only where we can fulfill lawfully; eligibility and fees appear at checkout.
- We do not claim to ship to all 50 U.S. states, nationwide, or internationally (including Canada) unless a destination is expressly enabled at checkout.
- Alcohol will only be released to a person 21+ with valid photo ID; we will not leave alcohol unattended.
